Amabhokobhoko Security Service was established in 2004 and registered by the Registrar of Companies as per CK Reg no. 2004/118875/23.
Amabhokobhoko Security Services and its shareholders are from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. and made up of individuals who are black Africans, including women from the same population group.
Amabhokobhoko Security Services board of shareholders resolved in their first meeting that the Managing Director of the company be one of its shareholders, Mrs Ntombenhle A Hadebe, so that there is a vested interest in the organization and the managing of the shareholders.
The above decision was also coupled with the fact that Mrs Hadebe has been in the security industry for more than 15 years.
